The Trinity

CofE Primary Academy

With faith we live, learn and grow together

We try our hardest in all we do.

We treat others how we would like to be treated.

We are fair.

We treat everyone with kindness.

We are brave in the face of new challenges.

We listen and forgive each other in order to move forward.

From Term 5 (after Easter), we will also be moving to a cashless school; all payments for school trips, breakfast and the ‘Acres of Fun’ after school clubs etc will need to be made via the Parent Portal. As such, there will no longer be a facility to pay for anything in cash. However, you may book both Breakfast & Acres of Fun After School Clubs and make payments using Arbor for bookings for Mon 24th February and beyond.

Our Parent Portal is a part of this and is used, amongst other things, to seek your permission for school trips and adhoc activities, to enable you to sign your children up to clubs, give permission for trips and make all payments. We can also send emails and letters via Arbor and parents can view their child’s attendance and make parents’ evening appointments.

To access the portal (if you have not already done so), please follow the link (which can also be found on the home page of our school's website):

Your user name is your email address held by the school so enter this and then click on ‘forgotten password’ which will send a link to your email address to set up a password of your choice.

There is also an app available, which can be downloaded to mobile phones for free. (Please note that the provider of the application recommends logging in for the first time, to set up a password etc, on a desktop or laptop computer). A user guide can be viewed on this link When reading the guide, please be aware that we are not currently utilising all aspects of the application.

If you have any queries, please contact the staff in the Office. We are happy to guide you through this process and have a computer available for anyone who does not have access to one at home.

We encourage all parents to sign up as soon as possible so you don’t miss out on any communications, forthcoming trips and clubs in the future. NB: To allow all parents enough time to sign up, any trips taking place in Term 4 will still be paid for as before ie. permission slips and payment given in cash or cheque.
