Headteacher Welcome

Welcome to Our School

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you to our vibrant learning community at The Trinity CE Primary Academy. As the Head Teacher, I am thrilled to embark on this journey of growth, discovery, and excellence alongside you.

At The Trinity, we believe in fostering a love for learning in every child. Our dedicated team of educators is committed to providing a stimulating and supportive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

At the heart of our ethos are Christian values such as compassion, respect, and reconciliation. Each and every day we live and breathe are vision of ‘With faith we live, learn and grow together'.

We believe in nurturing the spiritual development of our students, helping them to understand the importance of courage, perseverance, and justice. Through daily reflections and acts of collective worship, we strive to instil these values in our students, empowering them to make positive contributions to their communities and the world around them.

We take pride in our holistic approach to education, which values the unique strengths, interests, and aspirations of each student. Through a rich and diverse curriculum, enriched with opportunities for creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, we strive to empower our students to become confident, compassionate, and responsible individuals.

Our school is not just a place for academic achievement; it is a vibrant community where friendships are formed, talents are discovered, and memories are made. We encourage active participation in extracurricular activities, sports, and community initiatives, as we believe that these experiences play a crucial role in shaping well-rounded individuals.

As partners in your child’s educational journey, we welcome your involvement and support. Together, let us work hand in hand to nurture the potential within each child and prepare them to embrace the challenges and opportunities of the future.

In February 2024, Ofsted reported, "The school’s motto, ‘With faith we live, learn and grow together, ’ is at the heart of The Trinity Church of England Primary Academy. Pupils know how to treat one another with respect and are keen to share their learning. Parents and pupils alike are positive about the school. Many describe the school as a welcoming community where every pupil is valued as an individual."

I invite you to explore our website to learn more about our school and the exciting opportunities that await your child at The Trinity. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or to schedule a visit. We look forward to welcoming you into our school community and embarking on this wonderful journey together.

Kind regards,

Angus Brereton
